Zumba

Thursday 9:00am

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting 45 minute class of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

Core Fuel

Tuesday 9:00am & Friday 9:00am (60 min)

This total core workout targets all the muscles of the torso including the abs, back and pelvis. If you want to see those 3-D Abs and slim your entire midsection this is the class for you.

Get Lean

Thursday 12:00pm (60 min)

A total body workout designed to increase lean muscle and metabolism. This workout will incorporate a variety of equipment and exercises so there will be no boredom here. Tone, strengthen and trim your entire body!

Tai Chi and Defense Elements

Tai Chi in 37 Postures*
Thursday 5:30pm & Saturday 2:00pm

Tai Chi in 37 postures is a simplified Yang form of Tai Chi. This ancient art relieves stress and strengthens the body through proper posture, breathing techniques, and graceful movements that are both calming and invigorating. Also known as "moving meditation", Tai Chi cultivates mental focus and coordination which is essential to maintaining optimum health. This class provides a good low impact workout, increases meditative capability, and improves overall health. Experience the tranquility and strength in only a few sessions! ($12.00 per class)

Defense Elements
Thursday 7:00pm & Saturday 3:30pm

This class reveals the "Arts" of Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan as a way of self-defense. Through learning the fundamental elements of these arts like pressure reading and muscle memory, conflict becomes much less terrifying and courage more readily available. The objective of this class is to equip you with real martial skills that are second nature and easy to use.

*All classes must be scheduled 24 hrs in advance and are subject to availability. All classes can be modified for all fitness levels. Please bring your own mat.

Core Fuel, Get Lean, Defense Elements and all Tai Chi Classes are $12.00 per class. Zumba is just $5.00 per class!
