Spice up your exercise routine with this new trend – a high intensity interval training class! Utilizes free weights, bands, calisthenics, kettle bells, plyometrics, and more. A total body workout & excellent for weight loss. 30 minutes of high impact fun!
CORE FUEL Fitness Classes – $5.00
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:05pm (30 min)
This total core workout targets all of the muscles of the torso – including abs, back, pelvis & glutes. Slim and trim your entire mid-section in only 30 minutes.
All classes must be scheduled 24 hrs. in advance and are subject to availability. All classes can be modified for all fitness levels. Please bring your own mat.
