Complete Wellness - Surface to Center

Kneaded Relief’s Wellness Center is focused on helping our guests reach their health and fitness goals, with professional, expert instructors and the support that is so vital to success.

We offer a variety of wellness classes in a setting that overlooks a breathtaking restored prairie creating a serene environment. Our class list can be found here.

Wellness Policies
A minimum of one personal training session per week is required to complete your fitness program. We ask for a 24-hour notice for booking a class and a 24-hour notice for cancellation for all wellness center appointments. Late cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiting a session. All wellness center sessions are by appointment only. All prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. Please be considerate of other guests. Do not enter the wellness classroom if you are more than 5 minutes late. The appointment will be charged in full.

Looking to host a special event or are you in need of meeting space?
This classroom is also available for rentable meeting space or can be used for your next group spa party. (i.e. baby shower, bridal party, girls’ night out, etc.)

8 hour rental - $200 / 4 hour rental - $125 / $35 per hour

If your group decides to have services at Kneaded Relief totaling more than the value of the rental cost, the fee will be waived.
