About our Spa Relief Points Program

We have designed a program just for you to reward you for rewarding yourself! Relief Points are tracked electronically; they can be redeemed for Kneaded Relief services, products or gift cards! This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all our guests.

How do I get started?
By being a guest at Kneaded Relief you are automatically enrolled in “Kneaded Relief Rewards” and are already earning points. Relief Points are accumulated through everyday transactions. Below is a list of the various ways you can accumulate relief points and their value.

  • 5000 Points for booking your next service at time of check out & attending that service

  • 10,000 Points for booking your next service during your first visit (for new clients only)

  • 10,000 Points for referring another guest

  • 7,500 Points for trying a new service class for the first time

How much are my relief points worth?
1000 = $1.00. Those points are credited to your relief point account in our database to be redeemed towards your services or retail purchases at anytime you desire. Relief Points can be issued to a gift certificate when you have accumulated any amount over 20,000 points ($20 dollars). You may keep it for yourself or give it to a friend!

When do I receive my points?
Relief Points are added to your account after you have checked out for your next service. For example, if you come in for a manicure and schedule a massage appointment before you leave, you will earn 5,000 points which will automatically be added to your account once your massage service is complete.

Do Relief Points Expire?
Yes! Regardless of the amount accumulated, Relief point balances expire on December 31st of the following year. It is the client’s responsibility to claim unredeemed Relief Points prior to expiration. Not redeemable for cash.

“Whether you are there for a short appointment or for a day of pampering & relaxation, it is impossible to leave Kneaded Relief without feeling relaxed & refreshed. Friendly, talented staff in a calm, comforting atmosphere.”
